Nafleri is a visual artist born on the island of Ayiti. A lover of visual art and literature, Nafleri graduated from Dawson College and attended Concordia University respectively in Industrial Design and Studio Arts. The themes explored often focus on the people, their bodies, their sense of identity as well as their relationships. The images that emerge from these subjects form an abstract language; a kind of beacon to navigate the lived experience. Currently, Nafleri explores the art of tattooing, a means to have their chosen medium reflect the themes often addressed via their artworks.
